How do I know what prints you have available?
Our available prints are listed on the "Shop Our Prints" page.
If an item is sold out, it will be marked as such.
Could you let me know when you are restocking or have new prints?

How much are the coffee cozys?
$20 each plus shipping!
What size is the coffee cozy?
Our coffee cozys are 1 size and fits:
Dunkin Donuts ICED & HOT Large & XL.
Starbucks ICED & HOT Trenta & Venti.
Other 16oz-24oz cups similar in shape and size.
What are the shipping costs?
At this time we are only able to ship within the United States.
Order total : $0 to $48 = $4.00 shipping
$49 to $72 = $5.00 shipping
$73 to $99 = $6.00 shipping
$100 & up = Free Shipping!
When will I get my purchase?
Our items typically leave our hands 5-7 BUSINESS days after purchasing and then it is up to the post office to transport your goodies!
How is my order shipped?
All items are shipped via USPS within the United States. Please note that USPS may take several days depending on where you are located in the US. The Cozy Co is not responsible for mis-delivered, lost and/or damaged packages. Unfortunately once your package has left our studio and gone into the hands of the USPS, we have no control over it. If you have an issue with your package, or the delivery of your package, please contact your LOCAL United States Postal Service office.
I live locally, can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, no. Our policy is shipping only. Thank you for understanding! Be sure to follow us on social media to see when we will be at local events to purchase directly!
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time, sorry!
How do I wash my coffee cozy?
Spot clean or hand wash only using a mild detergent and AIR DRY. Do NOT put your cozy in the dryer or microwave!
Remember to be gentle when cleaning your cozy as scrubbing on the print will result in fading.
What is your return policy?
Returns are considered on a case by case basis by the original purchaser ONLY. Please contact us directly with your order number and full name to discuss. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Do you do bridal orders or large special orders?

Are you taking on any wholesale accounts?
